I wanted to find a good, outdoor rated two conductor, solid twisted pair 20 gauge wire as spec'd for my equipment. I could not find the solid or the twisted pair, but in truth, all the equipment needed was a momentary on current. There is no waveform signal so it is not sensitive to electromagnetic wave radiation interference, and thus twisted pair is not really needed. And although solid core makes it easier to make connections without the chance of a fine strand shorting out, you can be very careful about the connection, or just add solder to a stripped end after twisting it carefully to achieve the same effect.My only complaint is that the wire just comes as a roll, secured with wire ties on two sides of the circle. As soon as you take the wire ties off, the roll starts to tangle (see pic.) I would give it 5 stars if it came on some kind of cheap reel, even just made out of cardboard.So this works, so much so that I have bought it three times.

This has really proven to be a nice quality product at a super reasonable price. Easy to work with, easily stripped and soldered for custom applications and the outer insulation is easily stripped back to prep for installation.NIce product and dollar for dollar, a good value.

While there isn't much to say about basic wires like this, I can only give my initial impression and first use/test.I needed to install two 5" wide LED light pods on the roof rack of my 4runner to light up the back for offroad use. So I need fairly durable, water proof, insulted 14-16 AWG wiring. The lights did not come with a wiring harness. As I strip the outer insulation to expose the 2 lead (red and black), the insulation feels really tight and thick. Also noticed it's pretty nice and flexible, not stiff. This leads me to believe that I should have a good connection that's protected from the outside elements of rain, sun, cold, snow, ice. The copper feels very nice and thick. Not thin and fragile. I like that! Good amount left over for future projects too!I will update, ONLY IF the wiring fails in the future. Otherwise, I'll leave my review at full 5 stars. I recommend it.

My only complaint is trying to expose the internal wires cutting away the sheath can be difficult without cutting into the wire. It’s nice to know it’s water tight though.

This is a great product for those who are wanting to add addition lighting or other accessories to your vehicle, and want a more clean and factory look rather than wiring spaghetti!As a former automotive mechanic I love when a harness utilizes factory style wiring making it easy to follow, diagnose and above all look better than stray wires everywhere.Highly recommend this for Jeep and Truck owners!

Was a little thinner than I expected and can be difficult to strip back. It careful and slightly scored with razor blade the outer protection will seperate from the 2 wire's without and damage. Definitely need to be careful separating the outer protection from the wires.Works great seems to be durable and easy to work with once you get used to it. Time will tell how it holds up I cold temperatures.
