I am a home baker and always have fresh bread ready. I aleays make a 2 pound loaf in a hard anodized anti stick loaf pan. To make life easy for me when removing hot bread fro m hot pan I pre cut parchment paper which overhangs the edges by 2". All I need to do is grab the overlapping side parchment and lift the bread right out of the hot pan without getting burned! Tuns out that 15 inches is the ideal length and 8 inches is the perfect width. I was cutting larger pieces of parchment and wasting a third of the paper. Now with 15" wide, all I do is unroll 8 inches and use the built in cutter and VIOLE! PERFECT. It just slides right off the Par Paper onto the cooling rack. I'll NEVER bake bread again w/o this system. Therefore and a bit long winded, this 15" wide by a zillion miles is ideal for me... The paper seems thicker than other greedy corporate brands like "Glad" or "Reynolds." Conclusion: clearly a superior product at a fraction of the cost of the greedy corporate alternatives.

After 3/4 of a century I decided to try baking bread. My first 2 attempt failed because the yeast was bad, but I've had great success lately. The problem would be though that I've had several loafs that got stuck in the pan, and they got tore up removing themI've made 3 more loafs since I got this. I line my, oiled, bread pan with this, oil it, let the final ride happen, bake it.The loaf falls right out of the pan when I tip the pan over.When I looked at what they wanted for a roll of only 30 feet in the store, this was a real bargain. Good stuff to have!UPDATE:I got the courage to try cinnamon rolls - that's them 10 seconds out of the oven. I lined the 9 x 13 pan with the parchment paper, I don't even need to wash it.

Bakers Signature Parchment Paper seems to be comparable to other well known brands. Have not used extensively as of yet. Non-stick properties are very good, easy cleanup, less expensive than others, Baking results are great. Cutter works well, though it is a wider sheet than what am used to. The weight of the parchment seems similar to others. Withstands heat very well, at least for what I have used it for so far. Not sure how durable it is for reuse. Will soon be using for high fat content foods at high temperatures and see how well it does.

I have purchased this product twice now and will continue. The box/dispenser is so sturdy and way better than any other paper dispensing box. It cuts so easily with the cerated cutting edge. The quality of the paper is perfect. Not too thin but not too thick.

Buona è buona, mi trovo benissimo e si strappa bene, mi aspettavo solo una resistenza maggiore al calore per temperature più alte, però è migliore di quelle commercializzate nei supermercati.
