Everything about these Anchor Bolts is great. Nice plating and finish. The nuts screw on by hand and tighten just fine with the proper size tool. Do hot hesitate to buy these for your project.

I ordered 2 packs. 1 pack came complete. Bolts, nuts and washers. The other pack had all 10 bolts but missing 6 nuts and 6 washers
