This was a great investment. The ladder is sturdy and heavy. It meets all my needs, and I know that I will have this ladder for many years. Good product!

Great product!! Very sturdy and it looks very well made and solid. As soon I receive it looks well packed and great quality everything about Dajianglx 15.5FT Telescoping Ladder automatically put me at ease due to the solid construction of it. I am not by all means a very handy person but the telescopic ladder following the instructions from the box was very user friendly. I climbed the ladder and during that time never felt scared that I would fall and remember I don't consider myself a friend of Hights, but this ladder provided me de confidence to perform the job I bought for with precision and without fear of thinking I would fall. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I needed to repair hurricane damage to roof & lanai, my old 2 piece aluminum extension ladder was 13', needed 14'. New ones, like my old one were $300-$500. Had never seen these telescoping ladders before and was kind of worried about their strength & stability. I got the 16' one and did all the repair work myself. Out of box, I was surprised how solid it was. Aluminum tubes were thick, tight & they locked solid when extended. Easy to set up & take down by myself. Never had a concern going up and doing the work, even moving around a bit. Older 2 piece ladder rated at 225 lbs, this one 325 lbs. Stores with little space needed, easy to carry around in the house to get into attic. Very satisfied with ladder, I'll never go back to the old ones. Great value & piece of mind for the price.

Good ladder. Would recommend it for small quick jobs. It’s not as solid or sturdy as traditional ladders. It serves the purpose I need it for. It is heavy though. Its compact size is also a plus but watch your fingers. As others have said in other reviews the ladder goes down quick. If your fingers are in the way they will get smashed.

As a new homeowner, we were in need of a ladder for home improvement projects. The first thing we noticed was the foldability and compactness. It takes up very little space in our small garage and will be very easily transported in our Jeep if necessary. After easily opening the ladder, my husband tested its sturdiness by climbing to the highest recommended rung. To our delight, the ladder did not bow or sway under his weight at all (and his weight is very close to the ladder's indicated limit). I am actually excited to clean my gutters this spring using the handy hooks that attach to ladder's top. Definitely recommend this!!!

I received parts that I had no idea what to do with and that the instructions didn't mention.I got the non-A frame version. I was expecting a couple of round rubber feet as shown in the product page, but it actually comes with a a piece of rectangular tubing that you're supposed to hammer into the slit at the bottom of the legs. Not very intuitive because there are a couple of very hard plastic bits halfway up the slit of the legs that keep the tubing from sliding more than halfway in. They felt very solid. The company confirmed that you're supposed to knock those out, so I did, but it took some torquing with a wrench and some hard chiseling with a screwdriver and a hammer. Again, not intuitive.(One end of the tubing I received was a little crushed and misshapen, too.)Once I got the tubing in there, the holes didn't line up between the ladder legs and the tubing. I was able to bolt down one side but not both. The tubing is snug and not gonna pop out, but the misaligned holes are an egregious manufacturing defect. The bottom of the tray has a piece that's designed to spread open and clamp onto a ladder rung. Problem is that it's way too narrow and the material is way too hard. I couldn't make it happen with just my bare hands, so I ended up tossing the tray altogether as it wasn't practical. It also came with a couple of casters. No idea why, but it was apparent I wouldn't need them, so I tossed them as well. All in all, there are lots of weird things about the accessories that'll make you scratch your head, but the ladder itself seems to do the job. It's pretty light.I'm keeping it but I can't say I'm really happy about it.
