Although these are designed for use in concrete, I often find myself using these whenever I need a small length of hardened steel. For example, they make a passable grinding wheel dressing tool in certain circumstances.Oh, of course they also do their intended job well. Spiral design for holding power. Appear to be Made in Turkey, but it doesn't actually say so. See pics.
