At first I was upset because I ordered Dominoes & it didn't get here within 30 minutes. LOL. But seriously, folks. I grew up playing Dominoes with my grandma. These are excellent quality, go up to double 12, even has an insert to give the rules or different type of domino games. Very fun game, great, sturdy carrying / storage case. I recommend highly, because this is a fun family thing.

Wanted a dominoes set with numbers and these are well made and easy to read. The racks and case to carry everything are a nice bonus.

My family plays a lot of games. Hubs, the boy, and I play during/after dinner almost every night, and we host huge Family Game Nights with our grown kids and their families, our siblings and their families, etc., so I'm always on the lookout for new games. I first played Mexican Train dominoes at my monthly craft group weekend, loved it, and immediately got a set for my house. One of my adult kids borrowed it, and it's now a favorite played very often by his family. So when I saw this set (Soopotay Mexican Train Dominoes Set with 4 Wooden Tiles Holders & Portable Case, Double 12 Dominos Travel Set), I decided to accept the loss of my original set and replace it with this one.These are nice dominoes. I'm no expert, but they look and feel just like my other set, as do the trains. The hub and trains are plastic. The racks (we call them stadiums... no idea why) are raw pine, exactly like my other set. They're smooth (no splintery bits), the channels are the right width to hold the dominoes securely, and unlike my other set, they have a pad at the bottom to protect the table.The only reason I'm taking one star off is because the case zips in the middle rather that at the top, so the dominoes spill out upon opening it. The construction of the case is very nice, it's sturdy and the zipper is smooth, but it's just got a strange half-and-half opening.

Switched to numbers because the dots were more difficult to distinguish. Well made and like the well constructed case that the game comes within.

We love this game. My wife has vision issues. The dots on regular dominoes are very hard for her to see. The numbers are awesome and she and the rest of us can see them much better.

This set is wonderful because it came with the wooden racks as well as a storage case ...but pay attention ...it is only double 12 and that actually does impact the game when used to playing Mexican train with double 15. Make sure to change accordingly!
