These seem to work well using a molex crimper and 18awg wire, might have to adjust the tool for 16awg or use a different crimper-- haven't tried yet.I read some negative reviews of these kits for not including instructions so here is a brief tutorial:Crimp using the appropriate tool. Do not solder. Larger tabs at the end of the terminals crimp onto the insulation of the wire and smaller tabs located toward the middle crimp onto the conductor.Orient the retaining tabs of the brass terminals toward the keyed sides of the plastic housings as shown in the picture; they snap into place. The terminals can be removed from the housings by pushing a tiny flathead screwdriver into the front of the connector (side opposite of wire) and by depressing the retaining tab while pulling the wire out the back.

Tried to use it, and it did not work. Will have to read up on how it worked.

The couplers don't fit together great but they do work, for the price I'm ok with it

Finding these plugs saved me around $300 in wiring harnesses during a motorcycle restoration. Very easy to use.

This is a great little kit, I just found that the male end was a little lose going into the female so I put 1 wrap of tape around it to snug it up
