We have a 9 gallon Master Gardener battery sprayer from Valley Industries and we like it. However, the OEM plastic handle split completely down the middle. Aaargh. This replacement fit perfectly in the 3/8" plastic tubing and it appears that we got lucky with the barb sizing based on other reviews here.We chose this particular replacement over several similar items because of the larger spray handle. Unfortunately the handle is still plastic, but it's definitely better engineered than our original part that died after less than 6 months of use.We like the stainless steel wand, stainless nozzle and brass barb fitting, which are all huge improvements over the original OEM parts. However, the nozzle puts out too much spray, which means that we're on the hunt for different nozzles that have more flow restriction.Ideally, we're also looking for a wand that is either all brass or all stainless steel to end the failures of plastic.

Replacement for the one on my10 gallon North Star sprayer. Works well, although there isn't much range of adjustment between a stream and wide spray patterns. Not a deal breaker for me. It seems pretty well made and I have no leakage problems yet. I am happy with it.

I had used a deck sprayer to use to waterproof my driveway. Oops, the acetone ate my sprayer wand and hose. I should have checked the ingredients of the waterproofing and the materials in the sprayer, they did not play well together. Thus, I upgraded my sprayer with this wand and some silicone tubing (same ID as the sprayer's original tubing). Worked great and sprays better than the original setup.

I needed to replace a leaking plastic wand on an old ATV sprayer that I had, and I went with this because I thought the metal would be more durable and last longer. The first time out, it worked well, but when I pulled it out for the second use, the metal spray stem fell out of the handle. A little super glue and some silicone, and I got it working again, but it was aggravating. That's a definite weak point.There are also not a lot of options as far as spray goes. The adjuster on the nozzle goes straight from a light mist to a steady stream with not much in between. It would be nice to have a little more variation.

This thing looked clumsy but turned out to be a very good replacement for my old sprayer attachment.

I like how this product is mostly metal unlike most brands. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it as the tip is very hard to adjust to the correct spray pattern you want. It is either a very fine mist that is too fine for spraying pesticides (as the liquid essentially vaporizes), or a straight up jet stream. There is no in-between. Even if you get an in-between spray pattern, the nozzle will slowly open up until it is spraying a jet. Since this does not support any replacement tips (like a teejet), I do not think it is a good buy unless you are trying to target shoot chemicals as some sort of a strange sport. I suggest looking at chapin or solo sprayer wands that will take replacement tips, and buying an adjustable tip separately (smith performance tips are pretty good for a decent price).

Attaches to Redline trigger componenets, fits hose. Used trigger to replace exiting trigger which kept blowing off.

I used this wand to replace the sprayer wand on my big lawn sprayer. It fits and works great. Happy.
