I have a jabra 9465 that is several years old. Recently I had it on it’s charging cradle for a couple of months, which i suspect hastened it’s aging, and last week that original battery would sometimes abruptly go dead. after an hour or two. Jabra was out of stock on its replacement battery.Purchased this battery, shipped quickly by amazon, and installed it. Instructions were a little confusing… I had to slide out the cushion retainer ring but otherwise not difficult. Tool provided worked fine. Battery was very slightly larger than original but was able to snap into cavity with just a minor push. Plug was identical and wires not pinched. Battery spec was same as original. Charged up quickly. Seems to be working perfectly. Haven’t had it long enough to confirm performance but working on assumption that spec is accurate should be good. I’m pleased with this and can recommend.edit: 9 months later and this seems to be working as well as the original battery. holds a charge well. recommendededit: still working well after 26 months

I Bought a Jabra Pro 9465 Duo on Feb 21, 2020 from Amazon. The battery used to last an entire workday. 8 hours, easily.Recently, it dies after 5 hours on the phone.I just installed the new battery, and I will report back with my experience.One interesting thing to note is that the original battery is dated 14SEP17, even though I bought the headset in FEB2020.There is no date stamp on this new battery.

Surprised to see battery life increase from 1.5 hours to at least 4 hours after replacement. The original battery lasted about 3 years of use and finally dropped down to about 1.5 hours worth of charge.The OEM battery replacement kit was no longer available directly from Jabra and was way overpriced from other sellers.I normally don’t buy batteries from Amazon because past experience has not been positive. Pleasantly surprised with this replacement kit. The kit came with everything needed to replace and took about 10 minutes. Would have been much faster, but I needed to look at instructions. So far the battery life has been great and saved me from replacing the headset.Overall, I would recommend this replacement.

Just installed it this morning, my headset would only last a couple hours, it lasted almost the whole day of use, mostly watching some shows while i worked. The tool was not shipped with it though, i have a tool set for small electronic stuff, and it had the write Torx bit, so i was fine, but in case you dont, just know it may not come.

No issues, works great; read the instructions first so you open the battery compartment without breaking anything, then it’s easy to install, close things up and move on. My Jabra device is working perfectly now.

After replacing the battery, a high pitched electric “whine†is introduced to the speaker. When he old battery is put back in, the whine goes away. Not sure if I got a bad unit, but this is not a good replacement option for me.

I have been using the original battery daily since early in 2020. Battery life began to suffer so I sought a replacement. This battery came with clear instructions, was easy to swap, and I’ve been enjoying longer battery life. So it works as intended. Highly recommended.

I bought this as a replacement for a factory battery. I had find run times for approximately one year until I started having to recharge periodically throughout the day now, two years later, I do not get more than one hour of run time out of this headset. Replacement was easy. If you buy this kid just be prepared to buy batteries periodically and remember to recycle them.
