I used this to hook under the handle of my Mr Heater to put a fan on. This did a great job of putting the heat on me instead of the ceiling. I believe it would also work to hold a pan in which to boil water. Very handy! I wish I could say I thought of this myself, but, I saw it on a video…

I am not an expert painter... Just plain jane trying to make the paint job in daughter’s bedroom to look decent. This is my first time using a painting grid. I used the grid in a bucket filled with paint. I was easier to take the bucket with the brush and roller (3†roller) up on the ladder with me to do the edges of the wall near the ceiling than to have a container up there. I had trouble getting the roller to distribute the paint evenly on the grid. I realized there wasn’t enough grid length for the roller to make an entire rotation before I had to move the roller back up to the top of the grid. My fix was only having a little bit of paint in the bucket so ¾ of the grid was exposed for the roller to make its full rotation… I hope that made sense to you.The hooks were angled so it sat well on the edge of the bucket. The length fit my bucket. I had one of those blue Lowes bucket. Um, what else… The material is strong. I tried to bend it to see how easily it bends since it was delivered in just a padded envelope. It could have gotten bent up in the mail, right? Well, I tried but it didn’t bend easily at all.Overall, good product.

I did not buy these for what they were meant for. I bought and convert them into mini links and hot dog grills for a large custom built wood burning and gas out door BBQ pit and smoker island. The pit had a small unusual area that would have gone unused so I stair stepped 3 of these grills side by side and made an area where the home owner could smoke hot dogs, links or small amounts of food without firing up the whole island. These grill are the thickness and seem to be holding up to the constant heat and food drippings. They are well seasoned and fit perfectly. I also bought extra ones so that the home owner would not have to worry about replacements for years to come.

I originally bought it for my fireplace fan that fits on "My Buddy" propane heater.. but I can use it anywhere, and I do, whether it be for my small plants or makeup mirror, etc.. it's a good buy..
