Poor quality product. Bought back in sept 2024. It was ok but then noticed it shuts off within minutes of use. Motor gets hot then shuts off. Would never buy product like this again.

I picked up this pole saw to trim branches on some big trees. It’s great for branches up to 3 inches thick, but it does require some effort and careful positioning. The extendable pole is convenient, and the trigger control is easy to use.The main issue is the battery life. While two batteries are included, they only last around 30 minutes each, depending on the workload. Still, that’s enough for a decent cutting session.Tip: The instructions aren’t the clearest, so use the picture to guide you.I will update this review if anything changes within 1 year.
