1/4"-20 Threaded Hole
It reserved 1/4"-20 threaded hole in the bottom for mounting on a variety of brackets that with 1/4" screw.

Great way to put higher quality red dot finder on your telescope, my new one is green dot and allowed me find much better finder than is listed under Astronomy on Amazon this mount set's your finder much higher and a better visual and it's not plastic, my purchase was for my 6 inch Newtonian Reflector scope works really well .

This is exactly what I was looking for- a way to mount an inexpensive reflex sight in the finder dovetail of my Astro-tech AT60ED. Dit sights designed for the shooting market are cheap and plentiful, and there’s a much wider range than those marketed specifically for telescopes. This is a solid machined block of aluminum, so there’s nothing to break and no parts to go missing, and it fits both narrow (.22/airgun) and Weaver mounts.

Well cast, and accurately machined... good quality. The casting is hollow to reduce weight, even though the pictures look solid.

nice solid mount for a finder scope. has a standard bottom to fit a standard finder mount and the top is for a weaver style scope mount. I put a red dot sight on it , fits nice and tight.
