Our first one was too narrow, but it worked well. Bought a new, wider one with touch control. It was crap. Didn’t get warm and if something brushed against the touch pad it would turn off or go to lowest setting. I was reluctant to spend money on a new one, but I’m glad I took a chance on this one! It’s wide, it gets warm, and the control knob is an on off switch. Love it!

It takes too long to warm up my towel. I would have to plug it in way before I get into the shower.

We have had towel heaters for years. We used to put a small heater facing the towels.The wall mounted towel heater is great and your towel is warm and comfortable.

Dries towels well and does warm them, but not as uniformly as a towel warming vessel or container. I like the slats as they seem to distribute the heat better than thin bars.Lightweight but seems well-made. Mine does not have a timer. Will seek a remote controlled switch/timer as that will probably work better for my needs.

I returned this item. Made of cheap looking flimsy metal. Couldn’t imagine it holding wet towels
