These worked perfectly to plug the drain hole in our oak wine barrel tables. The color is a very good match for oak, which was a big deal for me. They were easy to insert, but the fit is also snug. The wood is smooth and has a nice grain pattern.

I re-purposed a wine barrel and used these to finish the project. My barrel was oak but after staining it, the plug looks ok even though it’s poplar.
