Transistors are generally OK, but have pretty much different parameters, and so you might have hard time if you need to find a matching couple of them. Also the contacts on some of transistors were bent in some special way, like they were already used in some devices without soldering or were tested for something (and might be casted out...) BTW: "25A" is obviously a wrong value."Zero-Gate Voltage Drain Current * VDS = 15V, VGS = 0: from 7 to 13 mA"
