I purchased these for Dell Poweredge T350. They work as expected. If using SSD's, I would suggest using the dell ssd converter caddy.

The screws either:Stick out too farCrossthreadStrip.The screws are some kind of subpar 'almost' fit for the standard coarse thread. They have tiny slots for a screwdriver to work with, and given how they 'almost' fit, will strip in the blink of an eye, becoming almost impossible to remove.If you don't have the right countersunk screws from some other task, you'd best buy some before buying this product.
