The camera is fine I guess, but I want the plan where it records 24/7. I can’t have it until the free trial expires in 30 days. I want it now. The free trial records when motion is detected but only records for 2 min. I need more than 2 mins of recording and customer service won’t cancel the trial so I can use the plan I want. I should’ve gone with a brand that will let me purchase the plan I want now not 30 days from now. How stupid is that.

At first I thought they would not be that sturdy for the price. I was wrong. These mounts are pretty sturdy. They haven’t gone through vigorous weather conditions yet but I will update later in the future.

Our camera is installed high on a wall and the camera body would hit the wall when trying to point it towards the floor - this mount gave us the distance needed to be able to direct the camera as desired. We got two for the price of one here, versus the manufacturers mount - and this is definitely just as good.

It does what it is suppose to do but it is all plastic and cheaply built. Not worth at the price point. Has only vertical 90 degree movement on the go. There is no 360 degree horizontal move unless you loss the nut and the tight it again to hold off a certain position
