What is the maximum number of sensors you can connect to a single display?
Up to 6 sensors can be connected to one display.
How long do the batteries last in the probes?
If you use high-quality alkaline batteries, they can last for about a year and a half, but if you use regular carbon batteries, they typically only last for about half a year.
Can the sensor be inserted into the soil for a long time?
OK. Our probe is made of stainless steel, which is not easy to corrode and can be inserted into the soil for a long time.

Soil moisture readings are very helpful in maintaining window boxes and hanging planters.Originally bought two sensors and meter, but it works so well I bought another two sensors.I just wish that it had a mode for auto cycling between the different sensor readings.

Using this product takes the guesswork out of the soil moisture. The display is easy to read, the battery lasts for quite a long time and I can check multiple plants moisture by moving the probe. If I could suggest how to make this product even better, I would love to have a quide book included that can give the suggested soil moisture for different plants (ie a Christmas cactus compared to a house plant).

All other function work well but I have my eyes to check on light I'm indoors do do not care about soil temperature it looked like a good moisture meter so bough although the bad reviews. But the moisture meter is all over the place with the reading even when I take it out and put it in the same place the readings vary by the 20's cant risk killing my plants returned it right away . single pole are much more dependable.

I love my house plants but I was always either forgetting to water them or over water them all together, hence I kill them. This gadget has allow me to keep my greens growing and happy and always tells me when I need to take care of each one of them. Simple and very well designed. Happy to buy more when I get more plants!!

I love gadgets. I love green plants in my office. I sometimes overwater or underwater them. This device is keeping me in the know for how much moisture is in the soil so I can know when and how much to water. So far so good. Keeping fingers crossed. Only suggestion would be to have it connect to iPhone for notifications.
