It straight and strong, and as advertised. However I did a have a failure before I was able to use these. I had a 2mm solid carbon spar inside one of these. The 2mm spar broke only after splitting the 8mm im guessing at a weak point. Wish I would have gotten to use them. Maybe in a future project.

These CF tubes seem sturdy, with a very smooth and shiny finish, and they did the job quite well for my underwater application. Remains to be seen how long term use underwater will affect their performance over time. So far I am happy with them.
