These were exactly what I needed for my jon boat. I know it says battery holder but I ended up using this to hold my fu tank from sliding around. It was perfect for that and the straps seem to be of really nice quality. I would definitely recommend this product

The item came tightly packed in a thin plastic bag, complete with all the components. The strap is on the thinner side as expected for a product in this price range. The metal buckles do a good job fastening the strap but you have to feed it in the right direction otherwise strap loosens on its own when tension is applied. I can see it being effective in securing a battery under the hood of a car or an oversized object to a backpack. Will I use it to tie down cargo on the roof of a car? Definitely no. Good product for the price point for light-duty use.
