The quality of these are great. They are designed to work with a template. When I bought the RUITOOL Shelf Pin Jig and Hinge Jig, it was a recommended "Buy together". They aren't compatible. I can reset the depth on these to what is needed for the Retool jib. I would recommend you verify the compatibility before you purchase if this is a "buy together" item.

Picked up today and I'm ready to smash it with a sledgehammer! First thing I noticed is the drill bit would not lock in place. When I removed the drill bit I found out the bit had no indexing slot or flat area on the shank for the set screw to tighten onto. The bit keeps slipping no matter how much I tighten the set screw. Secondly, when trying to use the bit, it clogs up locking the drill bit and doesn't reset. Tried cleaning it, lubrication, everything to no avail. Had to force the plunge sleeve to reset every other time. Poorly made, rough surfaces where it should slide nicely. Piece of crap!!! 💩💩

I would leave a negative star review if I could. This bit came apart the first time using. Complete garbage. Steer clear of this item.
