Let's face it - most of the stock knobs that come as standard with various more inexpensive audio gear (in particular, most of the Asian-made audio gear), leave much to be desired. They are often a black or silver in color, are made of plastic, and may (or may not) have a volume indicator marking. And like most folks, we tend to eventually want to customize our audio gear with additional small items, whether it be upgraded cables or other little add-ons. But rarely do folks consider replacing the knobs.I started buying different colored knobs two years ago when I managed to buy a pair to use on this one amp I had (whose knobs I detested). I attached these red colored knobs to that unit and wow, did it make a difference in both appearance and feel. I never looked back and began purchasing different color knobs, along with solid ones that may have a line or other design through them. Now do bear in mind that most stock knobs can easily be removed - just by pulling them off. These upgraded metal knobs have small machine screws (one for each knob) on the side that you screw in using the provided hex key. This ensures they remain on very tight.The tactile feel of these solid metal knobs cannot be matched and once you switch out your cheap stock plastic knobs, replacing them with these upgraded metal knobs, you will be surprised at how more expensive your gear will look (and feel).So yes, I give these types of knobs a high recommendation. This particular set of knobs (black with the red band) went on two specific amplifiers - the Aiyima A07, and also the Aiyima A300 - and what a difference it made in both appearance and tactile feel to the units in general.These come highly recommended - you can't go wrong.

These are gorgeous knobs, but their rubber inserts break too easily. I bought these before, but do not remember any problems. Fortunately they look fine without the inserts.

They are a bit big, but match the 'look' for the guitar I instaled them on. I wish the would come with extra rubber rings as spares, very fragile rubber or silicone, be careful not to to damage them when removing to adjust. I used a toothpick, seems to work best.

Knobs are nice the red rubber rings were more of a pink color but not dryrotted or anything no biggie I like them better with out them anyway.
