These are cute but not the greatest quality, the knobs are so loose and come loose very easily when the baby bangs the cymbals together.

I spen a lot of time in a recording studio and we constantly look for unique sounds that will add something to our recordings. I thought these cymbals might just offer that type of opportunity. I was wrong. The look perttty cool, but they have no "ring" or resonace when you smack them together. Not much use for them.

The know to one of the symbols came off after a month of use and wouldn't go back on without super glue. A week later, and had the same problem with the other side. Ended up throwing them away.

They do come apart very easily. The cymbals are just stamped metal with a wooden handle and a machine screw. The handle does have a threaded insert to secure the screw.To remedy the issue of the cymbals coming apart, just use a thread locker; it should make it much harder to unscrew the handle. I don’t know how well the threaded inserts will hold onto the wood, but they seem secure enough.I’d probably buy these again if I had to, but I also don’t mind improving things if I get them for the right price.
