I use these to help keep bigger flat top spatula clean. Works fine. It’s sharp edged, so be careful when scraping flattop or you could remove seasoning.

The handles felt a little rough out of the box. After just one ride thru the dishwasher, the handles lost any trace of oil (to be expected) and feel like they need a sanding since the tang was already not flush. Wood really didn't swell. Overall, they perform as expected and do a good job of scrapping. However, I'll stick to a more expensive option with a sturdier handle.

These guys are just what I was after for making okonomiyaki (osaka & hiroshima style) on my cast iron griddle. I've made them with diameter of up to about 7 inches without a problem. Beware though, the blade ends are very sharp.
