Exactly what it says it is. Training wheels only no brackets. These are perfect for replacing worn out wheels.

Standard bolts for training wheels are too big (thick) for the holes. Needs 1/4 inch thickness bolt. Standard bolts that come with training wheels are 1/2 inch.
