As numerous others have pointed out, this kit is pure junk. Take it from someone who has worked on his own cars, and his family's cars, for about 50 years.Don't even consider this product.Once you remove your old handles, if you have knurled shafts to turn the window regulator, like I do, (very common), you will find that out of all the adapters supplied, there will be only one type that fits the shafts. It has a single set screw and unless you modify the shaft itself, maybe by grinding it down flat where it will meet up with the set screw, it will absolutely not sit squarely on the shaft. Now, because the adapter is not straight, the handle (which attaches to the adapter with three set screws but is essentially still only a friction fit), will likewise not be straight. The result is a handle that not only goes round and round, but also wobbles in and out. Also, even if you could get it to attach squarely, keep in mind that there is only one tiny set screw that is relied on to hold the the adapter on. If that were to fail or slip, the whole handle will come off. Also, the knobs on the ends of the handles are so tiny that you can only barely grab them well enough between your finger tips making it almost impossible to supply the necessary torque to wind the window down, rather than gripping the knob with your forefinger and thumb wrapping around a larger standard knob, as your original handle likely allows. All in all, this is some really poor engineering. Forget about it. Returning....lol.

Don’t expect these to be show ready. They work as intended but the finish is not good at all. The knob is really lose and rattles so I had to make a shim to tighten it. I also refinished it so it looks better. I have time to do this so I don’t care. The price is right.

You get a lot of pieces for the money. The finish is not the best. The bearing surface of the knob is too long: is too loose and rattles. The 3/8 (.375) hex (which is what I want) measures .420. I spent some time breaking the edges and improving the finish. I will make nylon bushings for the knobs to tighten them up and make them smoother. I will either shim the hex or make new ones. Interestingly the set screws are 10-32 (I was expecting metric). I'm viewing this as an inexpensive kit that I can make work for me.Edit: It turns out that the screws are metric: M5-.8. which is very similar to 10-32, however the M5 screws won't fit in a 10-32 hole. 10-32 screws will fit in a M5 tapped hole.

Tried these out, the grub screws included don’t hold it very well. It would frequently wiggle off and need to be re-installed. I tried them for about a week before I just switched them back to the stock ones.

Loved them and were exactly what I wanted and expected.

All of the handles i installed on my truck have disintegrated upon rolling them up. One broke with the resistance of the fur channel and one broke as soon as I touched the darn thing. Straight up trash and a waste of money. Also since the knobs are screwed on they unscrew as you are rolling the window up.

No es universal, hubo que hacer trabajo de maquinado y llegaron maltratadas, el blister muy delicado ocasionó esto.Pero un buen producto en general

Small screws hold handle to main body need to be tapped into handle deeper-- AKA- They fell apart- with no way to put window back up - thank God it wasn't raining at the time

Had a hell of a time making these work for my build. The metal is pretty soft and the whole handle feels cheap. Looks nice though but wish it had better build quality and a little more weight.

The ad states that they are a universal fit and will 100% work on my 1979 F150 but they absolutely do not fit
