The seals that came with new vct solenoids were leaky from day one. So i ordered these. I still had a small leak until I switched to 10w30. If your doing a timing job on the 5.4. Just switch to a heavier oil when your done anyways. Mine still ran rough with just to much oil pressure bleed off in the motor. I think these seals are good.
