Works better than the original Motorola ear piece that stopped working. The only thing that would make it better is if there was 1 wire running from the mic instead of two, but still… it does a great job!

Works well, but definitely knocks out any ambient sound. Good value, comfortable, does what it's supposed to. Keep in mind? The cable is extremely long. I am not short either, it's just long.

These were awful. I think I’ll have to spend more money to get ones that actually work - my team and I tried to use these at an event and everyone sounded so staticky we couldn’t understand what anyone was saying even when we were close to each other or far I guess we should’ve tested them first, my fault.

For the price this is a decent earpiece/microphone combo. Sound quality is fair. I would like a better variety of earbuds.

I purchased this because the headset that my work purchased fell out of my ear basically every hour or so, and I wouldn't notice it until someone said they couldn't get me on the radio. So an in ear replacement seemed like a thing to try and at under $20 I wasn't going to be upset if it didn't solve the problem.However not only did it solve that problem it solved problems I didn't know I had. I now have my radio set at volume one. This makes everyone sound so much clearer.The cord is better and stays out of my way more than the original.That being said the posting on Amazon says noise cancelling. This is NOT true.

Well manufactured and great sound! RX and TX are perfect in my opinion! Have used these in many versions over the years, and this is a solid product as delivered. Would highly recommend!
