I needed these to help protect sensitive radio devices, but did not want to pay the high price the competition was charging. These are good quality and do the job.

I use this to protect the input of my Siglent spectrum analyzer. While I haven't thoroughly analyzed it, it does not appear to attenuate or alter the input signal in any meaningful way. Adds a nice safety factor to your SA so you don't blow it up with DC input.

Wasn’t expecting a lot for the price but it’s pretty good and really doesn’t affect the rest of the response keeping all other frequencies nice and flat with almost no attenuation

I measured this on my cheapie Network Analyzer (AURSINC NanoVNA SAA-2N V2.2) after calibrating it, and the "2W N-MF RF DC-Block,DC to 6GHz" I just got today measures -3dB down at 723 kHz. It seems to be rather flat out from 1 MHz, so I am very pleased with it for the money (This is truly the Gold Age of Cheap, but good enough for the Hobbyist, Test Equipment.
