In an effort to get away from plastic dishpans, I found this product to be a good substitute. Measuring the sink is important to determining the best option. My single-basin sink measures 16" x 24." Two of these 3- gallon water bowls effectively turns my sink into a divided sink that makes very good use of the available space. I love the flexibility that these tubs offer. They seem durable, are a good depth for dishwashing, have not sustained any dents or scratches so far, and are easy to clean. Best of all, they will last a long time and will never send plastic nanoparticles into the ocean.

Water lasts 3 days for 4 medium dogs, I wash it out & replace with fresh water every 3 days, dogs like it because they can all get to water at the same time if they want & this pan is strong & rugged, I finally figured out to buy stainless steel & no plastic, they Loved to chew the plastic bowls up! Lol

This was the perfect replacement for my dog and cats water from plastic. It stainless steel is very good quality and it is short enough my cats can drink from it with no problem. And even with four large dogs I still don't have to refill this every day.

Got this for the dogs to have outside for a water bowl. It is nice and large which accommodates several large dogs. Very sturdy.

I purchased 2 pans looking at the information they provide this should be a highly rust resistant stainless steel. I took one of these pans filled it with water and left it. I wanted to make sure this would be a pet safe water bowl before letting my dogs drink out of it. I received the bowl on sept 18 and today is oct 22. Look at the amount of rust that has developed. This should not be considered pet safe and should be avoided. I didn't see it at the time or maybe the seller changed there name recently, but I should have been weary since the sellers name is CUMKing
