I bought this to use as a finishing collar over a 4 inch pipe, going through a wall. Unfortunately, this fits inside the pipe, not around (or over) the pipe. None the less, it’s well made, plastic and of good quality. I’m going to order the 5†and cut it down if need be.

Used to add a thein baffle to my HF dust collector. It's a perfect fit. While the material is a bit thin, it won't be under any stress so no concerns about it breaking/cracking.
