I have used other rubber bands for ski brakes, but they are either too tight or too loose. These are just right. I am happy to have extras in case I lose some.

These are simply thick rubber bands which can be used to hold ski brakes while waxing. As they are in fact just rubber bands, they can be used for other needs beyond ski waxing. I keep one in my ski backpack along with other accessories just in case. The order comes with 30 or so rubber bands, which is more than I need. Also, at $12 this seems a bit pricey for rubber bands. Hard to say much either way about something as simple as a rubber band... but the product did arrive in new condition and is consistent with the product description. I would just like to see it a bit cheaper.
