How to use?
Step1:Add 3/4 of the water to the ice pack,do not fill it up.

I love these, i have no negative comments. They keep my milk very cold while i am out and about. When i get back home i just toss them back in the freezer until im ready to use them again. They fit perfectly in my breast pump/cooler bag

These ice packs are great and stay cold throughout the day. On an average day I use one in a lunchbox and it is still very cold after being out of the freezer for at least 10 hours. I like how the shape conforms to baby bottles (or other drinks) too.

Work great in my cooler bag for breast milk storage on the go. They would also work well for keeping canned drinks cold on trips. Easy to fill and can see the water level through the side when filling them.

I don't know what the heck kind of powder they put in these to make them so cold for so long, but it works! I was worried the ice pack would leak because of having a removable cap, but so far so good on that front. Because they are opaque you kind of have to guess when it comes to reaching the 'fill line' during setup. The instructions on the product page say to put the packs in the refrigerator, but I've been putting them in the freezer with no problems. Overall, these are amazing! I trialed using them when I went to the Renaissance Fair. I was out and about from 8:15am to 7pm from leaving to returning home and when I unpacked my ice pack was still cold! Impressive still is that 7 of those hours were spent outside during a 90 degree day. One of these ice packs fit perfectly in my breast pump case ( allowing me to pack 3 bottles for on-the-go pumping.
