About the use of chamois leather towel:
- Before using the chamois for the first time, you have to thoroughly wash it with warm soapy water until the rinse water no longer has yellow tint.
- Efore each use for car cleaning, the chamois should be rinsed with clean water and completely wrung out.
- After each use a chamois should be thoroughly washed with clean soapy water, rinsed and wrung out repeatedly until clean. Hang it up away from direct sunlight to dry a chamois.

Lady and I both have Challengers. Tired of using the gross towels at the car wash that left streaks, I bought this pack.. Gave her the 2 smaller, and I cut the larger for myself. Work incredible for drying the "Babies". No smell, absorb great, price is spot on, what else could you ask for!

I've spent the same amount in one chamois from the car care section at Walmart, and that wasn't a terribly good one. These are of higher quality, softer, and of more consistent surface. Plus I got three! They've been stored for a while, so there is a strong leather odor when first unpacked. I'll be using these to wrap and protect some delicate and prized sharpening stones, but they have tons of uses. I've made pouches out of them to carry my flint and steel, and of course they're absorbent as hell. Great for drying cars or even as a backpacking towel.

I bought the 3 pack of Chamois for my car and one for a craft project. These were great quality and work great to dry your car. Highly recommend these for anyone

I've used these before, dryer on low with some other detail towels and let it tumble. After 30 minutes or so give it a rinse w cool water. Ring it out n go. It socks up All the water, be prepared to ring out often. No watersheds and leaves 99% no lint per say. The cloth n fake leather just doesn't give the same finish. Super smooth, no dry spots or over tanned areas.

Ok these are real chamois skins but very thin. They work well as most chamois skins do but being thin they will as you know tear easily when the skins start drying out. So far though for the price im giving them a three stars as they are ok. I think id prefer a chamois but with double thickness as these. Also not sure if these are oiled like real chamois skins but they tend to leave litle bits of chamois, maybe because they're too dry? It doesn't bother me too much as i tend to wipe the whole car down again with a micro fiber towel, but seeing a lot of specs on a black car doesn't give me a great feeling of durability of the product.

What a find, inexpensive and 3 sizes so can clean every part of our cars easily and quickly. They dry better and faster than even microfiber cloths, very reusable without having to wash and dry like car wash places do.
