These table covers are a thick plastic and will not tear with normal use. It has bright vibrant colors also. I was very happy with this purchase.

We got these for a woodland-themed baby shower and they matched the decor perfectly and were plenty thick enough not to rip or tear under the weight of heavy wooden serving platters and crock pots, granted we were reasonably careful with them. If this is the color scheme you're looking for, you can be pretty confident that they'll survive your event (assuming normal wear and tear scenarios).
