You get three tweezers, the one with a V on the end works the best. You just slide it between the tick and skin and push forward then lift up and it pops the tick from the skin without leaving and tick pieces in the bite.

For the price these are a good surprise! We've purchased property in VA that has ticks galore and I must be a tick magnate. The ticks are tiny, tiny, tiny and the fine tipped curved tweezers are perfect for removing the little guys without fear of breaking off the head. These appear to be well made and sturdy and come in a nice plastic case.

Dog had a tick and ordered these. Shipping was fast and they perform great. The hardest part was getting my dog to hold still. Would definitely recommend.

If you live or are visiting an area with ticks, this would be a must have. I was just bit and my wife needed to pull the darn thing off with tweezers, worked ok, but these are made for this function, so I bought them.You need to get the WHOLE tick out, without leaving the head or parts in the bit! For the price, do yourself a favor, get the right tool, better to have and not need, then to need and not have.
