The people around me slam doors. This helped deaden the sound. I know this is not what it is used for however, I needed something & I am glad I did. Use acoustic calk in cracks on walls put this over it. I’m happy as bug.

This works well, it comes with three pieces. I laid one piece right over the top down the back and then over the top down the left side and over the top down the right side and it covered it well. This is pretty much the same material as a U-Haul moving blanket. If I were you, I would just buy a single moving blanket and cut your own strips. If I wasn’t lazy, I would return these and do the same.
