We didnt receive the big black wheels with our purchase and the inside of the tank is full of metal shavings so buyer beware! Especially if you intend to use this for putting fuel in a vehicle...

I was on the fence of getting the electric pump versions. The manual pump is great. I have a 14 gal caddy I can easily get in and out of my truck I use to fill this caddy. I fill the 14Gal and several 5 gal cans. I can reverse crank with the hose in each and fill this caddy in minutes. Saves having to haul a 30gal steel caddy full in and out by myself. It came in real handy after the Hurricane took out power. I had enough to last in generators for weeks.

So, I did read the reviews but the good outweighed the bad, in my opinion. I ordered the 30 gallon gas cart and received it fairly quickly. The box looked worn but not damaged. When I opened the box the Styrofoam packing sheets were broken and bits of Styrofoam were everywhere, even in the tank unfortunately. I tried blowing them out but with static some would not come out. The instructions are vague, the provided "tools" do not fit properly and are sharp. Not all the parts needed were supplied. I put on the rear axles and wheel assemblies. The tires are solid rubber and feel sturdy, the bearings roll smoothly. I put the front wheel brackets and ran into the first issue. One bracket had the nut welded on for the front cater, the other did not. No nut was included to secure the second caster. With the casters on the cart leans way back, about 10 degrees. I decided to leave the casters off. In this configuration the cart has a slight.lean forward, maybe 3 degrees. Some small rubber feet could be added if someone wants the cart perfectly level.I started installing the handle and found there were 2 washers shorted and 1 hole in the handle was not there. One side had the 2 holes all the way through, the other only 1, UT when I went to make the second hole saw where the holes are obviously punched and the machine must have failed. I took a punch and hammer and knocked out the remaining hole. Handle installed. The pump has fine threads so be careful installing and don't forget the pipe tape (included). The included hose was crushed about 6 inches in on the pump end. I used a vice to help the hose back into shape. The hose clamp is cheap and too large, but it is better than being too small. The filler cap is very cheap plastic, the gauge body is also very cheap plastic. Both will most likely need replacing within a year. The pump is not consistent, and yes, I checked the connections, ensured pipe tape is in place, and tried in both directions...The last item was the ground wire. The tank end is just a bit of stripped wire. It would have been easy for them to put a ring on the end of the wire to make connecting easier and more secure. The tank itself looks good. Whoever they are using to supply the add-ons is cutting corners...

30 minute job, turned into 1/2 day assembly. 1st thing that happened was unpacked & broken Styrofoam beads went everywhere including into the tank. Don't know if I will ever get it all out. Next they failed to send me the most important wrench to tighten the nuts on the front wheels. I had to grind an old pair of pliers down the same width as the nut in order to tighten. Next the 1st instructions show the placement of the wheel axel in the upper pipe. This will not work if you have the front wheels included. I had to move the axels to the bottom pipe. One worked fine until I got to the other side. The welded pipe for the axel was bent so the axel was hitting the chassis & could not install. Now I must figure out how to straighten the pipe or grind the hole bigger. China cheap as usual. Purchase one with a good review. 😒😒😒😒😒

Overal good but hand pump leaks at handle seal. Is there a replacement seal available?

This is not a high quality gas caddy. The tank seems to be fair but all pipe connections have extremely rough piping threads. The pump is cheap quality and I don’t expect it to last. The other fittings are also cheap plastic and the rough piping threads damage the plastic threads first time installing. My advice is to spend a little more and get one made in the USA.

The product picture and manual show the tank sitting level, but the front castors, which differ from the parts list in the instructions, cause the front of the tank to sit higher than the back. When full, this can cause the tank to easily tip over. The only possible "benefit" might be that sediment in the tank will settle away from the front side where the pump suction pipe is. Also, the "safety" label needs work. This should never be laid horizontal when full. And how does one find a "good earthling ground"?
