OK, This is the third microwave I have purchased from Amazon in the last month. The other two were shipped via Fed ex from another company and true to Fed ex reputation, both were damaged in shipping. I decided to take a chance on an unknown brand and ordered this one so it would be shipped from Amazon. Not only was it in perfect condition, it arrived early and I really love it. It does everything I need it to do. Great purchase... Definitely recommend!!

This microwave is great! It is very quiet when running, easy to use controls, and heats up food very uniformly. The only very slight negative is the exhaust fan (for when you are cooking on the stove top is louder than I would like.

I hired a local electrician to install my microwave because of health issues, and I'm really glad I did because it took him more than two hours to complete the task. So far, I have only heated up leftovers and made popcorn, but it performed the way it should. It's a bit more noisy than my old microwave, but that's not a problem for me. The door closing is much more noisy. So far so good. If I notice anything I haven't covered here, I will update my review later.

First, I'll give you the positives:The dimensions are exactly as advertised, the installation guides were very accurate and helpful, and the microwave works extremely well so far. We haven't had any issues with the way it heats food, etc...However...The door feels really cheap. It doesn't feel durable at all. I can't imagine that it will last anywhere near as long as our former Whirlpool microwave. In fact, it feels so cheaply constructed that you are concerned about breaking the handle as you pull to open the door. It also doesn't close as easily as a higher quality microwave. I find myself trying to strike the perfect "goldielocks" balance--using just the right amount of force to close it, so that it actually closes, but with as little impact to the door as possible. Honestly, I don't think I should need to put that much thought into opening and closing a microwave.Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this microwave to you. I'm stuck with it (hopefully for a good while), but in hindsight, I would gladly pay a little more for a higher quality model. Hope that helps.
