Finally we have a lower cost option for sanding our turnings to a brilliant finish.PS.Now that I have used these for a while i have more information.Overall they are pretty good. Improvements can be made to make the substrate softer and the sanding surface could be made more flexible. My experience is that the sanding surface tends to crack and the product is stiff to work with. I have used them wet and dry and they work ok except for the cracking.

I have and still use a set of the StewMac sanding pads, these are very similar but have a bit more variety, with coarser pads than what comes with the StewMac kit. One thing about these that I do enjoy is they have the grit listed on the pad so I don't have to look memorize what color is what grit with the StewMac pads. I have to say I will probably start using these and get more instead of buying more of the StewMac pads.

It’s a decent product for the price but nowhere as good as Micromesh. It loads very quickly. And doesn’t get to be he polished stage like the Micromesh.

As far as the product goes, these are great. For my exact needs, they work ok, but not the best. I use these when cleaning diecast cars or 1:24 plastic model cars to be painted. I wet sand and the issue I have is that they don't bend easily. I can use them for general purposes but when it comes to the small crevices or smaller areas, I have to use something else.Other than that, they last long, hold their shape and do the job.

The sanding pads work great and the different grit make sure you get the desired finish one is after. What is also significant is that each pad has sanding grit on it. The sponge in between is flexible but also sturdy enough to make the sanding pad the perfect sanding pad.

Habe etwas gesucht, womit ich unschöne Kratzer, die ich mir beim Schärfen meiner Messer entstanden sind, wieder bis Hochglanz schleifen/polieren kann. Für Metall und Edelstahl erfüllt es absolut seinen Zweck. Bis zum Speigelglanzfinish keine Kratzer mehr auf der Klinge. Das ist sicher auch bei Kunststoff so. Also wehr kleinere Arbeiten am Auto, Messer, Töpfe etc. bis zur Unkenntlichkeit heraus schleifen/polieren will ist hier absolut richtig!

These pads are excellent if you are a pen turner very easy to use, simply clean them with clean water as needed. My only complaint is the grade sometimes difficult to make out after a few uses. Hence 4 stars rather than 5
