I got tired of trimming the roll of Costco parchment paper to fit the trays for the medium Harvest Right freeze-dryer. These are so much more convenient and one less step to bother with when loading trays. I will say, I originally ordered these while they were on sale for $18.99 but there was a problem where the shipment was delayed and ultimately cancelled. When I reordered, the new price was $24.99 and honestly, I am not sure I would reorder again if the price were to go up. Otherwise, it was a great purchase!

I ordered some pre-cut from another vendor and they came in a bag and had to put them in a ziplock bag which made them difficult to access without all wanting to slide out.I LOVE that these are in a box. Will definately order these again.

This parchment paper is a clear winner. It fits the trays exactly and works well in the Freeze Dryer. I can definitely get multiple uses from this paper. I appreciate that it comes in a box--makes it easy to store and easy access when I need a sheet. I will be reordering when the time comes.

I use these for freeze-drying foods that might stick to the trays. Makes clean-up super easy! I have even reused them if they are still in good shape after the first freeze-dry run. I'm cheap--what can I say? :)
