We did a trunk or treat and ours was a haunted theater. I used the popcorn bags to fill with candy and hand out ( i couldn't make popcorn cause of lack of electricity). these bags are a great size and perfect portions, especially for a large crowd.

These 1 oz. bags are perfect for portion control during movie nights. The shaker is a little too generous with salt, so it'll be used for baking as a flour duster instead. Even though the scoop isn't much smaller than the bag opening, it works well! And one hefty scoop fills the entire bag. The gaps between the scoop and the funnel are a little bigger than I'd like, but it's not a deal-breaker. Just a few pieces of popcorn fall through, which makes the dog happy. The bags themselves are great! Some folks complain that they don't stand, but they do! You just have to square the bottom pleats. The bags are also great if you have liquid butter on your popcorn; it doesn't leak! My bundle arrived in one big ziplock style bag that was taped shut, and it sort of looks questionable. One bundle of bags was rubber-banded but the other was not. The shaker was in its own plastic bag within the bigger bag. I don't think any of this had been used/returned, even though it looks almost home-packaged. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Very pleased with this purchase.

I have 3 kids and we often host "movie night'' an outdoor projector. I've used plastic bowls in the past to divide out portions for all the kids, but these 1oz. bags are a great size for kids (and adults). Just enough to get your filling of popcorn, but not too large where there is a ton of waste afterwards. Bags come in 3 packages of 100, and fold up to take up virtually no space in the pantry. We've used them on multiple nights already and at only a few cents each, they are a great bargain for what I need them for!

Nice little lightweight popcorn bags. They hold up well and hold enough for one serving.
