I had to double nut the studs to raise it up to make it work, but it works fine now.

Doesn’t work with Holley 4 barrels. Hits on accelerator pump. By the time I got to try it out it was too late to send back.

This is a very good kit that has everything you need to Mount your throttle cable and transmission line when you swap over to carbureted. I bought this because I'm swapping my 87 S15 to carbureted and this has pretty much everything to make that possible and is very affordable. The package arrived on time and very well packaged. Everything seems to be made out of very durable material and is very easy to hook up but it could take a minute to figure everything out if you've never done it before. Overall I highly recommend it if you're swapping over

Pappy sez, The days of going to the junk yard and finding a set of factory brackets that will work for you car or truck are basically over, at least around here. This kit is a easy way to set up your throttle and transmission cables.It will work with some GM cables with square plastic ends, and with aftermarket threaded ends.I don't know if it's versatile with ford or dodge.The main base bracket and the cable end pieces are made of 0.125 (1/8) inch think steel and they are very sturdy.
