I bought these patches to put on Christmas stockings. I engraved them and they engraved out very nicely.

Unsure why but after engraving my patches and pressing them onto the hat I am getting this thick dark line straight down the middle. I heated on 270 degrees for 20 seconds like it says and the patch was hardly stuck with this blackening to the patch.

I ordered the 60 pcs blank Leatherette hat patches with adhesive to use with my 20W Diode laser where I have been creating custom patches to be heat pressed onto a variety of blank baseball and trucker hats in various colors. The patches come with the glue adhesive on the back making it easy to use my heat press to adhere the patches to the various caps. The patches are round leatherette and approximately 2.55 inches across with black stitching. These patches have been easy to work with on my laser and an excellent value for the number of patches. The extra four free patches that came with the blank ones had four fun pre-engraved images on them.

I run a 3D and Laser lab at my high school and love finding blanks to print with. These leatherette patches fit the bill. Took some effort to find the best settings, but they engrave beautifully. Looking forward to making many, many more.
