Having used these many times in the past, these pipe hangers are very good quality and the price is right!

Was expecting to be able to use this with 4in ductwork as well, but it’s way too small for that. But does work with 4in piping.

This strap is exactly what I needed. A true half inch wide/tall bracket... I used them to attach a wooden bookshelf to floating shelf bracket from underneath. To all those complaining it’s not a half inch bracket, pay more attention and look a pictures. It literally shows it’s .47â€wide/tall.

I've worked as a pipe fitter for many years, in factories and on board ships. If anyone ever used these pipe hangers they would be run off the job with their coveralls on fire! Yes, these are stainless, which no doubt impresses those not involved in industry. These are pretty, but very weak; certainly not for load bearing piping systems. If you want pretty, these are a good choice. If you want to sleep at night after you do a job for somebody else, use hangers made of material thicker than 16 gauge. Stainless does not suggest strength, it suggests anti-corrosion. If these are indeed 316 stainless, they are very corrosion resistant and would be great for air lines, but I would suggest not assuming they are strong. Besides being thin 16 gauge, they are "2-bolt" hangers. "Real hangers" are much thicker, like 3/16th inch or 1/4" compared to these at about 1/16th inch thick (16 gauge). They are said to be 316 stainless, which is a great grade for wet or corrosive environments like salt water. But be careful if you're going to be loading thes hangers up in the 2" size. Use more hangers than normal. Again, these are very pretty, and well manufactured for what they are. They are just not very strong.
