Fast delivery and well packaged. Getting it to fit is a bit difficult, but it’s the way Chevrolet designed the mount. The whole job is pretty straight forward. For tools, I needed 10, 13 and 15 mm sockets, a 1/2†breaker bar, a rubber mallet and a slot screwdriver. Took me a little over 2 hours by my self, most of the time spend wrestling with mounting it and lining up the bolts.

it was as specified. would like to see them send a return label for the old alternator so it could be rebuilt, instead of throwing it away.

This is not a review on the electrical performance of this unit. It's a review of the build dimensions.The lower pivot mount roll pin bushing thing was too big by 1/16" and it did not fit in its place. Because I was not at my shop doing this repair, I had to go to the store to buy a grinder so that I could grind off that 1/16". I got it to work.I know that when you buy off grey market parts, you get questionable fitment, performance, and longevity. I am sharing this so others make this purchase with eyes wide open.
