Nice product. I bought it because it came with a #100 hole width screen for a filter. Recommend this one over the #50 hole width screen. The filter came with an extra silicone rubber seal gasket. Nice !!!

I needed the 1-inch version as a strainer on the suction side of a line from cistern tank. The old one I am replacing looks very similar to this one, but it isn't as robust. The clear threaded strainer debris collection bowl has a silicone gasket seal that seats nicely at the upper part near the threads, as shown.I found the screen to be a bit larger at one end than the other, making it matter as to how it was inserted into the bowl.Very nice build for a fair price - I recommend.

I have a drip irrigation system for my garden and the water must be filtered so that the emitters do not clog up. This is one of the nicest filter units that I have seen. It is very reasonably priced. I like that the interior filter is large and seethrough so I can see when it needs cleaning. I am using mine as an in-line pre-filter for my drip irrigation system. I highly recommend this filter.
