Excellent, tough little clamps that are also kind to your hose. I ran a water hose across my garage ceiling and to my pressure washer (middle bay has drain). I got tired of pulling hose out across the garage floor and connecting it every time I wanted to wash a car. Screwed into joists and studs, these clamps are perfect for the job!

For some of the things I was doing I needed clips like these without padding. I just popped the rubber strip off and used the bare naked clips. So I secretly wished some just plain bare clips had been included in the package too because now I have some supernumerary rubber pads. But if this is the only downside (and it is), worth every star. They are strong clips but yield to sufficient pressure if you need to reshape them a little. Protects wire from being scratched (such as wire shelving unit) or being nicked (as in electrical wire). Good product design, excellent execution. Would definitely buy again.

As usual, I was having to modify something to accomplish my goal. In this case, it was attaching a rear rack to my 1976 Schwinn LeTour. My bike is old enough that it did not have mounting brackets, so I used a pair of these to, essentially, create a mounting point, and it works great.Of course, they're just the thing to use for the intended purpose as well.

I thought these clamps were a little better quality than they are. They are made of cheep thin metal with a rubber cover around them. The metal strap looks like it was processed from a sheet of thin stainless ⊘0.72mm thick or ⊘0.028" thick material. I expected better, will it work? We shall see! 😒
