I was not very hopeful that this item would work on a E70 chassis BMW. After a taxing installation, I plugged this unit in, and it worked perfectly. I am not sure how long this item would last, but Soffar I think it deserves a five star. I was worried about reprogramming, but it was not needed on my E70 2007 with N52 engine.
