Ok, so maybe I'm being critical - but the ones in the product picture are blemish free, I mean like picture perfect right? Smooth as silk - not a speckle on them. The very first one I took out of it's plastic sleeve out of it's box - looked dimpled - small cratered even.Now, who am I to say that this is an issue right?I have a set of chrome snaps like this that are currently holding a flag on my flag pole that ARE blemish free and silky smooth in appearance.On to the nitty gritty - The clasp catches slightly when I open it. Again, is this an issue? Probably not, did I check all 5? No, because it's not a big deal. I won't give them 5 stars though. does the swivel spin effortlessly? NO.. it is not smooth, is this an issue? Could be. Do I care? No.. Might folks wanting to buy these, maybe. The One snap that I took out and inspected does not swivel smoothly. Again I reference my chrome ones that I have on my flagpole currently - they are smooth. This one that I took out and looked at and just checked for functionality has friction.Are these worth the price of admission? I don't know. They don't exactly look like they are pictured. Will they work, you be the judge, yeah, I'll give em 4 stars.

This is a review of JINSHANGTOPK 's "3.5†Stainless Steel Swivel Eye Snaps, Swivel Snap Hooks, Swivel Hooks, 5 Pcs Swivel Carabiner, 95 LBS Heavy Duty Snap Hook for Marine, Sports, Luggages, Pets, Keychains, Flag Clips for Flagpole."These swivel eye snaps are fairly big. Each is about 3.5" long x 1.25" wide. I didn't test the maximum weight they can hold, but I suspect that they would come close to holding their claimed maximum 70 pounds ( and possibly a bit more than that depending on how the weight is secured to the clip.)When opened, the .39" snap opening leaves appx. .5"x.75" open space inside the snap. The clip openings are big enough to use to attach to many tarp's grommets.With these swivel eye snaps, I can setup a tarp quickly. I keep the snaps tied to tree branches at appropriate locations. Once I have tied these eye snaps in at the appropriate positions, all I have to do to setup my tarp cover is to attach the tarp's grommets to the securely positioned swivel eye snaps.

I got these Eye Clips for my son to make some paracord leashes. Overall they work just fine. These are sturdy and the spring gate has a pretty strong resistance to it. The head can swivel 360 degrees so it keeps leashes from getting twisted. Overall no complaints.

I obtained these hooks to use for connecting camera straps to my cameras and lenses.Likes:- Heavy duty but not too big. I will be hanging a lot of dollars worth of camera equipment on these and needed something I am sure would hold, these should hold.- Strong spring without being hard to open- Notch in closing arm to better fit to the hook- Smooth finish with no sharp edgesThese sell for $19.99USD as of this review. That is a fair price for hooks of this quality.

These type of snaps are more often available in regular steel but these are stainless steel which makes them extra nice. Rated at impressive 95lbs for a snap of this size and design is icing on the cake. Any snap with a spring loaded gate is limited in how strong they can be because it must necessarily have a permanent gap in the steel construction so I think this is pretty good as far as specs go.Nice size eyelet so you can put a pretty stout rope or cable through it. Very handy to have around, glad I got 'em. Recommended.
